Bangkok is characterized by the presence of many buddhist temples. These temples are called “Wat” in Thailand. There are really hundreds of temples in Bangkok. If you look at the city from a high point (for example, a Sky bar) then you’ll see the many golden roofs of the temples. What are the must see temples in Bangkok?

It’s the temple of the lying golden Buddha. This Buddha is 46 meters long and 15 meters high. This is the oldest and largest Buddhist temple complex in Bangkok. You can find more than a thousand Buddha images in there. The complex itself is also very beautiful and Wat Pho is also a leading massage school.

Tip hotel Bangkok

There are a lot of hotels in Bangkok, but I’m always staying in the same hotel: Rambuttri Villaga Plaza. It’s a perfect location: close to Khao San Road and it is quiet. The rooftop swimmingpool is great. The breakfast has a big choice and is tasty.
