Visit Mount Popa on a trip to MyanmarAre you going to Myanmar soon? Then I know for sure that you are also going to visit the temples of Bagan! On an area of about 40 km there are more than 4400 ancient temples, pagodas, stupas and monasteries. This is therefore the largest temple complex in the world. The whole area of Bagan exudes an atmosphere that I find so mystical and have not experienced anywhere else in the world. I have selected for you my favorite hotels with swimming pool in Bagan.

1. Bagan View Hotel

A very nice hotel to stay is the Bagan View Hotel. The hotel is in a great location in New Bagan and 2 km from the Manuha Temple. In 20 minutes cycling / ebiken you are already at the pagodas! The roof terrace is beautiful and staff is super friendly and helpful. This hotel is beautiful both outside and inside. The property offers an extensive and tasty breakfast buffet every day. At the reception you can get tips about sightseeing and activities in the area. This is one of the best hotels with swimming pool in Bagan.

2. Royal Bagan Hotel

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and a very nice, spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet includes a choice of Western or Oriental breakfast with changing dishes every day. The staff is very friendly and interested. There is a nice pool at the hotel, but unfortunately this is not very big. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The hotel looks beautiful and is fully equipped. That’s why it’s on my list with great hotels with swimming pool in Bagan.

3. Bagan Thiripyitsaya Sanctuary Resort

This is a very nice resort in a beautiful spot on the river. On the other side of the resort you can see the mountains and again it is a lovely place to stay. The resort is located in Old Bagan and very close to the temples! Much attention has been paid to the design of the resort. There is a nice pool at this resort and the sunset is beautiful to view from your cottage.
